Here we explain what we store on your device when you visit 4cleanibiza.com, in accordance with Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE (Spanish Information Society Services Act) and the cookie guidance of the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency).

1. What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's local storage) are small files that a website stores on your device to remember information between visits.

2. Technical cookies (always active)

They are necessary for the service to work and be secure: signing in, remembering your language and your cookie choice, preventing payment fraud and protecting the website against attacks. They are exempt from consent.

The payment form is served by Stripe from its own domains, and within it Stripe may use its own cookies for the same security and fraud-prevention purposes. More information in Stripe's cookie policy.

3. Analytics cookies (only if you accept them)

We use Microsoft Clarity, from Microsoft Corporation, to understand how the website is used through heatmaps and browsing recordings (clicks, scrolling and pages viewed). By default, Clarity masks the text you type in forms. It is only loaded if you accept analytics in the cookie banner; if you reject it, none of these cookies are set.

4. Advertising cookies (not used today)

Today we do not use advertising cookies. In the future we may use Google Ads, from Google Ireland Limited, to measure which ads lead to a booking and, possibly, to show 4clean ads to people who have already visited the website (remarketing).

This category is not active. It will only be activated with your consent, using Google's consent mode (Consent Mode v2) with ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied by default: until you accept, none of these cookies will be set. Before activating it, we will update this policy and ask for your choice in the cookie banner. These are the cookies Google Ads would use:

NamePurposeDuration
_gcl_auMeasures which Google Ads ads lead to a booking (conversions).3 months
IDEShows ads on other websites, including to people who have already visited the website (remarketing), and measures their effectiveness. Set by Google on the doubleclick.net domain.13 months
test_cookieChecks whether your browser accepts cookies. Set by Google on the doubleclick.net domain.15 minutes

You can see how Google uses this data at policies.google.com.

5. Accepting, rejecting or changing your choice

The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept optional cookies, which today are only analytics cookies. Rejecting them is as easy as accepting them and does not limit your use of the website. You can change your decision at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or here:

We will ask you again after one year, or sooner if we add a new category, such as advertising.

6. How to delete or block them in your browser

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, in the privacy section). If you delete the technical cookies, you will be signed out and lose your preferences on that device.

More information on how we process your data in the Privacy policy.
